It is the fine rainy season in Karnataka now. Especially, in coastal karnataka it is heavily raining from June till Sept intermittently. It is difficult for the people to move out during these days. It is usual to see holidays for schools and colleges for one or two days consectively due to heavy rains. Flooding is the main obstacle for people movement; flood water uses to flow above danger marks. In interior places there are no bridges to cross so that people tend to stay indoors for weeks/month.
